Tomorrow marks the official launch of Ontario Craft Cider Week! What does that mean? Well, for starters, it means +50 cider from 20 producers are being poured in better bars and pubs — like #FeastOn Certified Borealis Bar and Grille, Mercer Hall, Mijiidaa and Woolwich Arrow — across the province. There’s also a slew of events to celebrate them happening too!

1 : West Avenue Cider
British-born cider maker Chris Haworth and his wife Amy Robson are barrel aging small batch farmhouse ciders for the craft cider connoisseur — and they are taking stunning photos of there adventures (like making watermelon cider!) along the way.

2 : Spirit Tree Estate Cidery
Spirit Tree Estate Cidery is an orchard and cidery for starters, but they also run a wood-fired oven bakery & farm shoppe nestled in the hills of Caledon. Bonus: they’re Feast On Certified!

Crafted in a Thornbury, the heart of apple country – and home of the Apple Pie Trail, Thornbury Cider gives a glimpse into both their cider making and beer brewing.
4 : Revel Cider
Revel Cider is a bit of a Cinderella story. In their first year of production they�ve won a Gold medal at the 2015 Ontario Cider Awards, a Bronze medal at GlintCaps, and Tariq won the Top 30 under 30 award from the Ontario Hostelry Institute.
5 : Pommies Cider
Pommies Cider is crafted from the juice of 100% Ontario apples and pears at their cidery in Caledon. They currently make three varieties: Pommies Dry, Pommies Farmhouse and Pommies Perry.
6 : Ernest Cider
Like all Ontario craft cider, Ernest cider is made with Ontario apples, but it’s then back-sweetened with pure local honey. Their feed has a sweet black and white thing going on. We dig it.
