Creekside Estate Winery
Creekside Estate Winery opened in 1997 in small-town Jordan, Ontario. The team of self-described cork dorks love what they do, and have fun doing it. The winery is decidedly non-conformist; dogs are welcome, the BBQ’s always ready and if you want to go on a tour you better bring your boots.
Early on, the darlings of the Creekside wine portfolio were, like the people who created them, a little outside of the mainstream fold; Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah are the signature wines. In addition to exceptional wines, this talented team of makers also produces Rood Apples Cider- the first Ontario Craft Cider to be produced in Lincoln.
Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers
The first of its kind in Niagara, Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers are proud of their Lincoln and Niagara Region roots. Having selected their location for its proximity to incredible ingredients and wonderful people, it is no surprise that Dillon’s passionately celebrate the neighbouring farmers who grow the great fruit and botanicals required to craft their artisanal spirits.
Their most awarded gin spirits were originally crafted using discarded wine grapes and grape must from local winery counterparts. Many of the herbs used in their distilling process are either grown on the property by their resident horticulturist or by local Lincoln Farmers.
