Their little country store is full of aromas from the farm, along with certified organic produce, ice-cream, and more for sale! Hoover’s Maple Syrup
Stop in at the ‘Sap Shack’ farm store to pick-up some certified organic maple syrup and learn more about the process of making syrup – from tree to bottle. Hoover’s syrup is some of the absolute best, don’t take our word for it – their maple syrup has won many awards, including the 2020 Elmira Maple Syrup Festival Producer of the Year award!
