Have you seen that silly question floating around social media asking which one you’d give up if you had to: burgers, pizza, or tacos?
The answer, of course, is NONE of those, and the town of Bracebridge is here to make sure that doesn’t need to happen. Check out these go-to spots if you find yourself in cottage country this summer.
Gourmet Burgers
From smash-patty to veggie, these three spots are top-notch if you’re looking for a handheld that’s above and beyond:
The Griffin Gastro Pub – a beautiful spot owned by two childhood friends, Jed and Curt
The Old Station Restaurant – an iconic staple with a ton of history
Bracebridge Barrelhouse – a great atmosphere, brought to you by Lake of Bays Brewing

Wood-fired Pizza
The Oven Woodfire Pizza is a road-side spot that’s well-known for delicious sourdough pizza, breads, and baked goods. Create your own or try one of their feature pizzas and grab a seat at their picnic tables or take it to go!

Tacos
El Pueblito, which translates to “The Little Town,” has a delightfully sunny patio and is a must visit if you’re craving traditional Mexican fare. Words from the wise: try more than just the tacos.

….and beer
We’ve heard that craft beer goes hand-in-hand with Bracebridge, and with the likes of Muskoka Brewery and Katalyst Brewing hailing from the Bridge, we couldn’t agree more. Both have dog-friendly patios, a fantastic selection of brews, and a delightful snack menu! Try the Road Traveled Belgian Wit at Katalyst, we’re loving it!
