Thank you for participating in the Great Taste of Ontario! Please complete the following questions and upload your data sheet in .CSV format at the end of this form.

  • This should be your region name as you'd like it to appear in all promotion materials. Example: Waterloo Region, not Explore Waterloo or Waterloo Region Tourism Corporation.
  • Who should we contact if there is an issue with your upload or want more information?
  • The passport descriptor should appeal to the user. It should be short and sweet (2-3 sentences or less) but speak to the unique offering of your passport and/or region.

  • Only csv or xls files will be accepted. To down a template for your submission, use the download link on the top right of this page. Your submission should include: Business Name, Business Category, Contact Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone, Business Email, Business Phone, Business Description, Business Address, Town, Province, Country, Postal Code for up to 15 businesses in your region from across the food tourism value chain.
    Accepted file types: csv, xls, Max. file size: 64 MB.

  • Please upload a hero image larger than 650px by 320px for your passport and a PNG file of your logo.
