In Paris, one should not miss the chance to visit Detour Café for their caffeine fix. Tucked inside the historic Wincey Mills, this espresso bar serves up great coffee roasted by Detour plus pastries, tea and sandwiches! Not far away, Juniper Dining Co. offers up brightly coloured dishes to really taste the rainbow and Stillwaters provides visitors of sweeping views of the Grand River and a menu of feel-good eats.
If you’re looking for a quick sammy, Drongkowski’s in St. George can’t be beat with their selection of local cheese, homemade sauces and baked-fresh bread (oh my gosh we’re drooling). We have actual dreams about the Great Avocadowski sandwich and their salty chocolate chip cookies.

For those celebrating something special, Devlin’s Country Bistro in Mt. Pleasant is a must-stop for foodies. Perfect for date night, there’s an emphasis on local here with dishes like walnut-crusted brie from Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese, wood-grilled wagyu steaks and duck confit strudel.
Of course, we didn’t forget those of you who might be a little thirsty! Pull up a stool at Steel Wheel Brewing, Flux Brewing or the Paris Beer Co. for craft beer with loads of flavour. More into cider? No worries! Howell Road Cider specializes in small-batch blends using apples grown right on site at Brantview Apples.
