While they may be closed to the public, the team at All or Nothing Brewhouse is busy. They’re making hand sanitizer for frontline workers in their region, including Lakeridge Health in Oshawa. There team has brought on additional staff to help support the distilling process – which has them sleeping by the still to maintain constant production! It’s been a community effort at All or Nothing. They reached out to Woodham’s Combustion, Durham Labels, LIT Electrical, Brew Culture, Oshawa PUC, and Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce to help make it happen.

The folks at Lake of Bays Brewing Co have been donating 10 cents from the sale of each can of Lake of Bays beer to Feed Ontario. Feed Ontario represents food banks across Ontario and will distribute food and support to communities in need. With your help, in just one week, they’ve raised $2,493 – providing the equivalent of 7,479 meals to people in need.

The first mash at New Ontario Brewing‘s new spot in North Bay has nothing to do with beer… Their Mash Tun has been re-purposed into a mixing tank to create sanitizer. They’re mixing white sugar and water to hand wash. Easy recipe, but very effective.
