There’s a new way to support Ontario’s foodservice industry

And it's not quite what you'd expect.

Meet the Cooking From Home e-book. It's a collaborative cookbook with 30+ recipes from Canadian Chefs and Food Writers. It features some of the province's most interesting and celebrated food personalities including Adrian Forte, Charlotte Langley, Miriam Streiman, Suzanne Barr and many, many more.

What's unique about this beautiful e-book (shot by our friends Suech and Beck who's photos you might recognize from our World's 50 Best content) is that 100% of all proceeds will go to Not9to5, a non-profit organization mobilizing mental health and substance use resources for hospitality, food and beverage industries.

According to their website, "everyone is affected by the current global crisis, and it’s more important now than ever to build strong support systems and educate on the importance of mental health and wellness."

Supporting Not 9 to 5 supports your friends, colleagues and staff in the industry - and industry notorious for not providing this kind of support.

The book is essentially pay what you can, with a suggested start at $25.00. It makes a great gift for anyone interested in Toronto's chefs, cooking and stepping up their home-cooking game.
