Sprigwich is a newly established, made-to-order sandwich shop located in the heart of Wellington. The shop combines a love of the outdoors with ‘Sprigs’ of quality Muskoka and hometown Sprigglen farming roots, creating a must-visit, quaint, and rustic storefront. Attached to Sprigglen Meat Market, Sprigwich features fresh, locally raised meat that is processed and prepared on-site in its own government-inspected abattoir facility next door. The shop offers several house-made meats, including nitrate-free options, paired with other small-batch, local ingredients to craft sandwiches with fewer preservatives and an old-fashioned flair.
