Located on the Burlington lakefront, Spencer’s at the Waterfront offers breathtaking views and fabulous food. Spencer’s offers a unique food concept, featuring market fresh fish, exceptional seafood and mouth-watering Craft Cut Steak. Guests can enjoy the sparkling lake view from inside our glass-walled dining room, or from our stunning patio.

Our chefs are bringing a unique concept to your table. We’ve sourced sustainable, quality seafood and brought it straight from the water to our kitchen. Upon arrival, our servers will greet you with our daily Market Board, which includes fresh fish catches and nose-to-tail items such as collars, tails and heads! Our Market Board will feature anything from halibut from the Pacific waters of B.C. to pickerel from Ontario’s Great Lakes to specials on local meat and veggies. The Market Board is accompanied by a menu that features Craft Cut Steak, chilled seafood and items to share. Spencer’s has a strong commitment to sourcing sustainable seafood and the freshest, seasonal produce that the area has to offer.
