Red Hen Artisanale

Red Hen Artisanale is a private studio that welcomes individuals of all skill levels in for hands-on baking workshops, cooking classes, and food experiences. All workshops are hosted by Lauren Hambleton — Pastry Chef turned Baker-Instructor. Lauren pulls from her decade+ of experience working in bakeries, wineries, and restaurants throughout the world, to teach and guide workshop attendees through hands-on based learning activities.
