Otter Creek Kitchen is dedicated to using fresh and high quality ingredients in our Kitchen operations, catering services and food truck. We are very privileged to showcase the locally raised world class Wagyu Beef from Otter Creek Farms, the foundation of our burgers as well as many of our other menu offerings. Food is prepared to order from scratch by skilled and professionally trained chefs. Local and sustainable products are seasonally showcased to support other community businesses, farms and purveyors and help strengthen the local food identity in the Kingston area.
In 2022 we opened our brick and mortar Kitchen, carrying the ethics and values that led to our success as a food truck operation. We are happy to be able to provide a shared kitchen space for Mac’s Chocolate & Bakeshop, who specializes in Bean-to-Bar Chocolate, Brioche Donuts, Buns, Bread and Viennoiserie.
