When asking an MKC paddling student how their course was, they may often answer “the food was amazing”. We pride ourselves in healthy, hearty, homemade cuisine: buffet-style. Located along the Madawaska River, our kitchen serves three meals per day to resort guests in our post’n beam dining room or al fresco on the large outdoor patio.
