Established in 1934, Gibbs Honey is crafted in Eastern Ontario by third-generation beekeepers Russell and Andrea Gibbs. Specializing in 100% raw honey and hive-based products, every offering comes exclusively from their own bees.

At their farm in Vankleek Hill, Gibbs Honey provides immersive experiences that connect visitors to the world of beekeeping. Guided by expert beekeeper Russell, guests can tour the apiary, observe bees at work, and participate in hive maintenance. For a refined tasting experience, Andrea—a certified Honey Sommelier recognized by the Italian National Register—leads honey tasting sessions, introducing participants to professional tasting methods while sampling Gibbs Honey alongside exceptional varieties from around the world.
