Golden Creek Horticulture is a small farm north of Brockville, Ontario. They grow a variety of nutrient dense vegetables for sale at farmers markets, through CSA, and to local restaurants.

Cynthia Peters is the creator and owner of From the Farm Enterprises Inc. – a culinary experiential company. She hosts “field to table” cooking classes, and curates’ private group culinary tours. Her Cooking School has been in operation since 2010. Join her in the school’s new location, Maison Maitland in the beautiful Brockville 1000 Islands region. The stone manor is a Palladian style house perched on five rolling acres overlooking the beautiful St Lawrence River. Dining in the stone courtyard transports you to France. Built in 1827, the Georgian period home offers a unique setting for a day of cooking, learning and enjoying local food and wine. Accommodations are also available on the property in the former Carriage House. Two, 2-bedroom, 2-storey Villas are available for guests and booked through Maison Maitland’s website.
