Now well over a decade in business, Eddington’s attributes the success of the restaurant to creating flavourful and creative meals consistently using the best of the bounty in Huron County. Owner James Eddington states, “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world.” Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870s). The restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.
