How to Make Bistro ’67’s Maple Rosemary Smash

Bars may not be open, but that means you can improve your at-home cocktail skills. Just in time for the warmer weather (we hope), Feast On® Certified Bistro ’67 brings us the recipe for their Maple Rosemary Smash. This simple cocktail is sure to impress guests at your next dinner party – when it is once again safe to gather. Grab your shaker and muddler and let’s get started!

Maple Rosemary Smash

2 oz. Canadian rye – We recommend Top Shelf Distillers’ Perth Canadian Whisky
1 oz. Ontario maple syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
1 large sprig of rosemary

• Add all ingredients to a shaker and muddle until flavours are combined.
• Add a scoop of ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
• Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of lemon and a smaller sprig of rosemary.

It’s as simple as that!
