As a tribute to Anita’s legacy, Food Day Canada puts an emphasis on local, sustainable food, celebrating the freshest ingredients from local farms and producers in the region.

On August 3, 2023, embark on an unparalleled dining experience rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and locality.

Each course has been thoughtfully composed to create a connection between the natural ingredients of the region, farmers, foragers, artisans, and the magnificent individuals who choose to celebrate with us.
