Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese has a new version of their Oxford Harvest cheese that has been flavoured with Za’atar. This spice blend comes from Middle Eastern cooking traditions and is often used on hummus, in bread, on meats and vegetables and in labneh- a spicy cream cheese.
Stay tuned for a return of a fan-fav at Upper Thames Brewing Company: two new versions of their Making Waves sour and their Supersonic Purple Tart Pale Ale!
