The self-serve farm stand offers a good range of seasonal produce and a wow-factor display of fall squash and pumpkins.

For over 25 years the Waring House has been promoting and supporting local food producers in its two restaurants – The Barley Room and Amelia’s Garden – and in its recreational and hands on cookery school. Celebrating rural Ontario and the agricultural heritage of the region the barley Room is the County’s ‘local’, while Amelia’s is a more formal dining room. New in 2020, The Garden Cafe is a lovely outdoor dining venue. All feature locally sourced wines, brews, ciders, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, meats and poultry, fish, maple syrup, mushrooms, specialty food products and more. All are seasonally available.
