Since 2013, Chef Bangerter has been at the helm of the Feast On-designated restaurant at Langdon Hall as Executive Chef. His culinary philosophy is inspired by the beautiful, seasonal bounty of the region as his innovative dishes feature much of the wild produce growing on the property and in the kitchen gardens.

?It is a privilege to be honoured by the OHI and be in the company of leaders that instill a sense of excellence, hospitality and dedication to our industry,? says Chef Bangerter. ?I have had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of Ontarios best industry leaders and I strive to be that leader for my team at Langdon Hall every day.?

Chef Bangerter also sets a leading example with his use of responsible, sustainable practices. He has worked alongside some of the worlds most notable chefs and his commitment to his work is reflective of his influence in the Canadian and International culinary industries.
