Eby Manor Farm is a family-owned and operated dairy farm run by Jim and Ruth Eby, alongside Ben and Sheri Eby, with the support of other family members. Together, they are committed to quality farming and dairy production, upholding a tradition of excellence that spans generations.

Their journey into dairy processing began in May 2012, when they produced and bottled their first batch of milk. Recognizing the exceptional qualities of Guernsey milk, they set out to share its benefits with more people. What makes Eby Manor milk unique is its 100% A2 protein content, which many find easier to digest than conventional milk.

One of the most rewarding aspects of their work is hearing from customers who once struggled with milk sensitivities and can now enjoy dairy again. Knowing their milk makes a meaningful difference fuels their passion for producing high-quality, farm-fresh dairy.

Today, Eby Manor milk is proudly supplied to cafés, retailers, and restaurants, primarily in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, with availability expanding across Ontario. As demand grows, the Eby family remains dedicated to providing wholesome, premium dairy that families can trust and enjoy.
