Owners Amber Thom and Jamie Hodges bring a combined 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Over the past 12 years, they have made a significant impact on Kingston’s culinary scene through ventures such as the Red Brick Supper Club, Epicurious Catering, and the Juniper Café (sold in 2018). Their current focus is on The Everly Restaurant and The Everly Wine & Provisions Shop, continuing their legacy of excellence and innovation in local dining.
