50 Best Recovery Fund Raises Money for Restaurants

Last week, the 50 Best ‘Bid for Recovery’ auction came to a close with tremendous success. With the help of donors and the winning bidders, 50 Best has raised $1.23 million in relief funds for restaurants and bars.

The Recovery Fund remains very much open, and donations can still be made in support of restuarants and bars around the world at www.50BestforRecovery.com.

With the help of Indigenous Culinary of Associated Nations (ICAN), we contributed to the auction by curating a once in a lifetime trip exploring Canadian terroir. The lucky winner experience an Indigenous Canadian culinary expedition hosted by award-winning chef Joseph Shawana of the Odawa Nation on Manitoulin Island, dinner and wine pairings at Toronto’s Alo Restaurant, and a stay at the beautiful (and Feast On certified) Langdon Hall in Cambridge.
