This year’s lineup hasn’t been posted yet, but we’ve got the inside track on all the delicious offerings. We’re particularly excited to share that our Feast On Certified friends at Terre Rouge will be there serving up some of their signature duck dishes.

If you haven’t tried chef Forrest Liu’s signature Teriyaki Duck Confit, boy are you in for a treat! Chef Forrest slow cooks duck legs in duck fat in the traditional French-style, then glazes them with a teriyaki glaze and finishes them on the grill. Can’t for wait for the fest? Find it on the menu at Terre Rouge, right now. We can’t wait to see what he cooks up for Duckfest 2018!

Duck Fest will be happening rain or shine, so we will see you there -because you’ve got to try the duck.
