If you haven’t tried chef Forrest Liu’s signature Teriyaki Duck Confit, boy are you in for a treat! Chef Forrest slow cooks duck legs in duck fat in the traditional French-style, then glazes them with a teriyaki glaze and finishes them on the grill. Can’t for wait for the fest?
