“Avocado” Toast featuring Pristine Gourmet edamame guacamole, pan con tomate, devilled egg yolk, cilantro, grilled sourdough, and sprouts
Ontario “Hawaiian” Pizza with Detroit style pizza dough, Seed to Sausage cured ham, local cheese curds, niagara peach preserve, and plenty of brown butter
Adobo Devilled Eggs made with local free-range eggs, soy + Westcott Verjus marinade, dijon mustard, fried leeks
Carrot + Granola Parfait made fire-roasted heirloom carrots, whipped Hewitt’s goat yogurt, crumbled goat cheese, house chamomile granola and sprouts. The one pictured is from the Terroir 2019 Rural Retreat but it’s every bit as delicious on the Westcott patio!
