Recipe: Cherry Mojito Slushies
No blender? Keep the buzz going with a classic mojito – muddle mint and fresh cherries, add alcohol, simple syrup and top with club soda. A�
- 3 oz Ontario gin (we love Dillon’sA�grape-based option) or rum
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz cherry simple syrup (see below)
- 8 sprigs Ontario mint (plus more to garnish)
- 1 cup Ontario cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
