Stratford Launches Official CheeseWeek, Curd Nerds Rejoice

Savour Stratford presents Stratford Says ?CheeseWeek? to welcome the Canadian Dairy XPO to the neighbourhood.

Stratford and it’s surrounding counties have long been known for superior dairy production. In recent years, a crop of new, innovative cheese producers has established themselves in Perth County alongside long-time champion Monforte Dairy. Stonetown Cheese in St. Mary’s is one of our favorites! We had the unique opportunity to visit last summer and were blown away by their commitment to quality and passion for the swiss cheese-making tradition.
