Springridge Farm is Miltons summer destination for good food and family fun. Visit the farm and experience this seasons strawberry harvest, the artisan scratch bakery, homemade preserves, farmhouse kitchen lunches and the Fun Farm Yard.
Growing strawberries is a long-standing tradition of more than 30 years at Springridge Farm. Strawberries are picked fresh daily and available, ready to go, in their Barn Market.
A?Everyone has been waiting for strawberry season to start,? says Farmer John, co-owner of Springridge Farm. ?Its a wonderful time of year for enjoying homegrown berries!?
Springridge harvests the most delicious strawberries youve ever tasted and features them in their baking at this time of year too. It is impossible to leave the farm without their signature Strawberry Custard Tarts and Pies. The recipe was created over a quarter of a century ago by Farmer Laura and Grandma Hughes.
Make Springridge Farm your one-stop-shop for all things strawberry. Their gourmet department features Springridge Strawberry Jam, Strawberry Vinaigrette, Strawberry-Balsamic and Strawberry-Honey Dijon Vinaigrette, Strawberry Jam Scone Mix, Strawberry Muffin Mix, Strawberry-Lime Red Pepper Jelly, Strawberry-Basil Brie Topper and classic Strawberry Sauce.
Springridge Farm has experts ready to share their knowledge on a variety of strawberry season subjects: growing and harvesting tips, jamming and preserving, recipes, how to throw a strawberry social and how students learn about local farming through strawberry school tours.
