Savour Stratford Launches New Pumpkin Trail

They’ve done it again! What’s effectively become Ontario’s edible trail capital, Stratford Tourism Alliance has just launched the Savour Stratford Pumpkin Trail. Ontario Pumpkins This self-guided tour offers a pumpkin inspired ‘tasting’ experience starting September 14 and running through until October 31. Culinary artisans and shopkeepers invite you to sample their delicious pumpkin offers, choosing six of eleven stops along our self-guided trail in Stratford’s downtown heritage district and in Millbank where Anna Mae’s Restaurant and Bakery offers a traditional favourite, pumpkin pie. Choose from delicious treats like pumpkin apple butter, pumpkin spiced brittle, creamy fudge, refreshing pumpkin frozen yogurt, pumpkin spiced tea and even seasonal chef-made pumpkin desserts!   “Autumn offers warm days to ripen pumpkins and it is an ideal time for exploring. The Savour Stratford Pumpkin Trail participants invite you to delve into the many tastes of this unique fall flavour.
