The Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, (TRSHTM) is a multi-operational catering department, focused of serving the needs of our students, staff & faculty. We are also proud to offer hands on classes, that give TRSHTM students, an advantage in the hospitality industry. During the pandemic, we wanted to reach out to our students, staff & faculty, with our “Professional Culinary Series” (PCS). This series is an interactive, detailed cooking series that teaches any “foodie”, detailed and professional “tricks of the trade”, while helping promote local and sustainable ingredient choices. We look forward to working with “Culinary Tourism Alliance”, and being “Feast On Certified”!
