The Flour Mill Restaurant is a scratch kitchen where everything is made in house when possible. We are located in an old mill from 1904 that has been converted to a boutique hotel. Our philosophy in the kitchen is to utilize Ontario products whenever possible, from our upper Canada cheese to our local black walnuts from Niagara on the lake. Proteins are sourced as local as we can with at least half coming from Ontario producers.
