Our farm is less than a kilometer away where we grow the bulk of our produce. We have expanded upon the farm to table maxim and have integrated hands-on sustainable farming into our restaurant. Everyone who works with us spends time at the farm. We have an open concept space and have put the wood-fired grill and oven in the center. We have created a relaxed and refined space, that sometimes gets low down and dirty. Our farmers, wine makers, friends, and people we have only just met create the hum of an easy party.
