pERFECTwEEKENDS

Our perfect weekend in #the6ix involves meandering through any number of the cities vibrant neighbourhoods. We’re always down to spend an afternoon ducking in and out of shops on Queen West; cafe hoping in Leslieville; noodle slurping in Chinatown or picnicking in Trinity Bellwoods Park.

For those looking for the quintessential Toronto experience, we recommend a trip up the CN Tower followed by lunch at 360 Restaurant – where the menus are themed after the cities coolest neighborhoods. If keeping your feet on solid ground is more your style, head to Le Select Bistro near by for classic French dishes or Marben for local riffs on traditional English fare. Follow it up with oysters, champagne and cocktails at the not-so-secret bar Cloak.

If you’re looking to get off the beaten path, spend your afternoon popping into vintage stalls (and taco shops!) in Kensington Market before heading west for dinner. The Ossington Strip is packed wall to wall with great restaurants, while Parkdale is the place to be for roti, street-style food and some of the best vegan in the city.
