If you’re anything like us right now, you have a fridge full of fresh Ontario produce. Overflowing baskets of peaches, blueberries, corn, beans… if this sounds about right, then this latest list-sicle might be for you.
Instead of baking everything into cookies, muffins and pies – have you ever thought about learning how to preserve your produce? With time honoured preserving techniques, you could be eating fresh Ontario peaches in the middle of January!
