With so much to see and do in the Bay of Quinte area, it’s hard to limit yourself to one weekend! We suggest picking a hub – whether it be Belleville, Trenton, Brighton or The County.
We always wake up early for breakfast at the Riverbrake Cafe. This modern coffee shop in downtown Trenton boasts one of the most delectable dessert cases in the region.
The beer and cider game in BoQ is just as strong as wine. Set aside some designated patio time at Signal Brewing, Wild Card Brewing Company, Parsons Brewing Company or MacKinnon Brothers Brewing.
Nothing says summer like a soft serve from Reid’s Dairy – open since 1910! The Belleville parlour offers a great selection of ice cream made from 100% local milk, plus sundaes, tornadoes, hot cocoa and their famous Loonie Shakes.
For dinner, it’s Tomasso’s Italian Grille or bust. They’ve been slinging pizzas and pouring outstanding VQA along the banks of the Trent River for over a decade – and do not disappoint!
HERE ARE JUST SOME OF OUR FAVORITE DELICIOUS DESTINATIONS IN THE AREA.
