Meet the Taste-Makers: Andrew Weins

Andrew Wiens


Andrew Wiens works for TripAdvisor as the International DMO Manager.

After graduating UCLA with a BA in Latin American Studies. A weekend job as a scuba instructor, ledA�him to ?Rodale�s Scuba Diving? where he sold both traditional print media and digital to non-endemicA�advertisers, DMOs and manufacturers. After 10+ years of tropical islands, he decided it was time toA�dry off; going to work for ?Backpacker? handling digital and traditional media for the western US. ThisA�experience led Andrew to ?Arthur Frommer�s Budget Travel? where he managed the Western US andA�Canadian.

Now as the International DMO Manager at TripAdvisor, Andrew brings big picture marketing experienceA�to help clients navigate the digital space and find effective ways to leverage their message over the scaleA�and reach of TripAdvisor.
