Taste?real Guelph Wellington’s annual Local Food Fest turns 8 this year and they’ve got a line-up of locally sourced edibles and entertainment that will have visitors celebrating in style!
Organized to celebrate local food and agriculture in the region, the Local Food Fest provides local growers, distributors, retailers, artists and artisans with the opportunity to share their skills and talents with the broader community and educate visitors on accessing, growing and preparing seasonal healthy food.
Attracting over 2000 people each year, the day-long festival features fifty exhibitors offering food, craft beer samples, fresh produce, flowers and more to the Ignatius Jesuit Centre. A�Hands on workshops and cooking demos will keep the two main stages bustling with entertainment throughout the day. A� With a convenient bus shuttle, tours and live music from local artists, there’s something for every member of the family!
