Heirloom tomatoes. There are so many different varieties that all have a slightly different taste and they are so versatile. They can be used to make anything from appetizers all the way through to desserts.
What’s your drink of choice?
Coffee in the AM. Beer, wine or whiskey in the PM.
Most underrated ingredient?
Right now? Bar Isabel in Toronto.
Off-duty, what are you most likely to be cooking at home?
Fresh made pasta. It is so simple but always delicious and satisfying.
