Born and raised on the streets of Port Hope, Isaac honed his culinary skills at Fleming College. Shortly after graduating he moved to Toronto and quickly started work as a Sous Chef at the iconic, Beer Bistro. Two years and a red seal later, Isaac moved home to Port Hope to reap the benefits of his family, friends the agriculturally rich landscapes of Northumberland County at The Social Bar & Table.
