What’s your favourite seasonal ingredient?

My favorite seasonal ‎ingredient is rhubarb.

What’s your drink of choice?

I always think a drink of juice is best.

Most underrated ingredient?

Nuts!

Favourite restaurant?

So many to choose from. Probably dim sum, sushi any thing using fresh!

What’s the best part of working with Ontario food and drink?

The best part is meeting people interested in local and fresh. I love watching people use our nuts!

Why is Feast On important to you and your restaurant?

Feast On is important to me because it gives me a chance to prove our nuts are from Ontario and can be used for so many things.

What does your ‘Perfect Weekend’ in Fergus look like?

Honestly, I love just being on my farm with my husband and daughter (and our nuts!)
