Any favorite producers we’ve got to try? Collingwood Bread Company, Osprey Valley Honey, Grandview Farms. Favorite Seasonal Ingredient? Wild leeks/ramps, fresh maple syrup. Favorite Lakefish? Perch. Favourite Ontario protein? Pork. Favourite Ontario drink? (Besides a Northwinds original, of course) Tequila Caesars. Favourite guilty pleasure food? Insanely hot chicken wings, or good poutine. Favourite Ontario fruits and vegetables, and what do you like to make with them? Peaches and apples for pies, and tomatoes in salad. What do you cook for yourself at home? BBQ, smoked chicken ribs. How to you add personal flair to traditional recipes? By switching the country of origin. Favourite season and seasonal ingredients? Winter, for game stews with fresh bread.
