Favourite seasonal ingredient? Anything that is actually seasonal. There’s no such thing as a favourite.
All-time favourite Ontario drink? Beaus Lug Tread from up in Vankleek Hill.
Favourite lake fish? Pickerel.
Any guilty food pleasures? Chicken pot pie!
What do you cook for yourself at home? Everything — I keep things different every night.
Favourite Ontario restaurant? Local Kitchen and Wine Bar, in Parkdale, Toronto. Fabio and his team really do great things.
