In the Land of Beer and Honey… and Hops!

Kick off the summer season with some liquid gold at Kurtz Orchards and Culinary Farm in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Enjoy some of the best craft brews, gourmet honey and food that the Niagara region–and beyond–has to offer!

Not only is this sweet and sticky event a great way to take in the best the bees have on offer, it’s also the official launch of Kurtz Orchards� hop growing program. Kurtz will be the first farm in the Niagara Region to grow hops.


The brewery line-up is looking pretty sweet for the weekend and includes Great Lakes Brewery from Toronto, Oast House from Niagara, Highlander Brew Company, Steam Whistle from Toronto and Beau�s All Natural from Vankleek Hill.

honeyHoney vendors include Wiers Lane Lavender near Hamilton,A� Dutchmans Gold out of Carlisle ON, BeeGRRL based in Toronto and Ein Harod Apiary.

As if the line-up of tipples and tastes wasn’t enough to satiate your palate, there’s also a four-course beer, honey and hop inspired farm-to-table dinner hosted by Chef Stephen Treadwell of Treadwell Farm to Table Cuisine ($100/pp).A� The menu will feature the best of Niagara cuisine and Ontario Craft Beer, served family-style under a canopy of pear trees. The menu will be unveiled the night of the event.
