Ottawa, Ontario

One of the biggest Canada Day parties takes place in Ottawa. You will find live music, entertainment, and spectacular fireworks! The festivities are taking place at three official sites: Parliament Hill, Major’s Hill Park and the Canadian Museum of History. At each you’ll find plenty of classic Canadian treats like poutine, buttertarts and of course, Beaver Tails!

Huron County, Ontario

Can you think of a better way to start your Canada Day than with pancakes? We can’t either. Bluewater Park in Wiarton, Ontario, is kicking off their celebrations with an 8:00 AM Pancake Breakfast – but the fun doesn’t stop there! You will also find a local fish-fry, lazer-tag, bouncy castles, face-painting, 3-legged races, and fireworks to finish the day.

Timmins, Ontario

Stars and Thunder Timmins International Fireworks Competition and Music Festival will take place over the long weekend. This 8 day music festival brings performers like Bryan Adams, The Beach Boys, Mathew Good, Sloan, Blue Rodeo and more! When the concert is over, the firework competition begins!

Bracebridge, Ontario

Join the BIA along Manitoba Street starting at 4 pm to celebrate everything that is Canadian! Enjoy the Big Backyard BBQ, Fun Inflatables & live music. Stay for the Rotary Club Fireworks Spectacular.
