Stratford Chef School
From March 13-17, teens aged 16-19 can hone their cooking abilities while learning in professional kitchens alongside working restaurant chefs, preparing recipes from the Chefs School�s actual curriculum. Each session is dedicated to a different aspect of cookery. This year�s theme is ?International Inspirations?, a not-to-be-missed opportunity for students of all skill levels.
From March 13-16, kids (aged 6-12) will participate in active and engaging outdoor experiences. Campers will use the Environment Centre as a cozy home base from which to explore the Trent Nature Area and participate in a variety of nature themed activities such as outdoor cooking. The programs are designed to foster an appreciation of nature and a sense of adventure.
The Chef Upstairs
The Chef Upstairs is hosting kids in the Kitchen during March Break, with two Weekly Cooking Camps. With the perfect balance of fun and learning, the “junior chefs in training” will engage in hands-on baking and cooking, while learning healthy eating habits, as well as kitchen and food safety.
Petit Chefs Academy
Petit Chefs Academy is the place to be during March Break Camp at the cooking school for kids. Programs offered for children 6-14 years old. This program is intended to instruct children on the life-skill of cooking, health and nutrition. Petit Chefs source local, fresh and seasonal products/ingredients as often as available. The program integrates culinary practices and theories into an age-appropriate school-based curriculum for children.

If you�re looking for a fun family outing during spring break, you can�t miss with this great family bonding cooking class! Under the direction of the chef, you and your young chefs will team up to create a mouth-watering spring-themed menu. Classes are available for kids (aged 2-11) and teens (aged 11-16). Summer Chef School: Foods of the World
Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Ontario
The world of cuisine is an incredibly varied place. The Foods of the World program is a great opportunity to learn how to make some old favourites but also to explore new taste sensations. March break is a great chance to introduce new recipes to the Summer Chef School program. For campers new and old, it’s a wonderful opportunity to try out classes for anywhere from a single day up to a full week. Classes are hands-on and are taught by red seal chefs and experienced restaurant professionals. Classes are designed for kids aged 7-14 and all levels of experience.
Home Chef School
If you can�t get away for March Break, Home Chef School has the perfect solution to keep the kids entertained! These March Break Camps lets kids ages 7-13 explore their creative sides. They learn some basic cooking skills (suitable for even the youngest kitchen enthusiasts) while trying a wide variety of different foods and getting to know some other little foodies.
The Art of Baking & Cooking – Jeanette’s Cakes
Join us for the exciting ?Baking and cooking camp? where learning is fun & delicious! This Camp is designed for children 10+ years of age. All the techniques that will be taught in this program are fundamental recipes and techniques that can be used in many different ways.
Food For Thought
