TheAimmersive installation, designed by Cuban art collective Los Carpinteros, will beAdecked out with all the seaside essentials from umbrellas and chairs to changingAbooths and breakwaters calling to mind a leisurely island vacation without theAhassle of having to leave town!

Highlighting the collaborative nature of the arts, the local chefs were paired withALuminato Festival artists to develop flavourful dishes with a summertime flair. IfAonly all partnerships were so tasty!
?It is amazing to discover that other side in artists and see how passionately theyAtalk about food,? says Jorn Weisbrodt, Artistic Director of Luminato Festival. ?It isAone of our real endeavours when we work with artists that we show our audienceAtheir many facets and create many different connections within the program that weAdo.?
Taste of the Beach is free to attend with the custom-made dishes available for $5Aeach.
The Festival Hub will also be home to the Luminato Lounge featuring Parts &ALabour. Open every day of the Festival from 12pm until late, the Lounge will featureAthe cocktails and comfort food that put the Parkdale restaurant on the map. YouAwont want to miss the edible eats that Luminato 2014 has to offer.
