Our first Forage & Feast Event of the new year will feature Wild Leeks, trout lilies, fiddleheads, nettles and more. After a morning of foraging along beautiful woodland fields and forests we return to the charm of Stratford Tea Leaves for a four course lunch beginning with baguettes from The Downie Street Bakehouse alongside Wild Nettle Gouda from Mountain Oak Cheese. Our soup du jour features delicious Wild Leek Soup followed by our main course, a combination of fresh rainbow trout and fiddleheads. All of this rounded out by tasty rhubarb pies from The Black Angus Bakery.
