Ma and Chef Julian Pancer take you on a culinary “soup” tour as they transform Ma’s Best Soups into mouthwatering creations! This class will be all about PASTA, as we prepare a butternut squash and mascarpone ravioli, a cauliflower a la vodka and a kale and white bean orecchiette. Guests will be able to look on and even participate in the preparation of these three amazing and easy dishes! Guests will be able to taste the soups, as well as their transformations. Recipes will be provided for guests to take home, so they may create them again and again. Soups Up!
