The Chef de Cuisine students at Liaison College Kitchener are proud to present our 5 course tasting menu for Friday, June 29th, 2018 @ 12:30pm.
The Menu includes:
1st course – Zucchini Carpaccio with Micro Greens, Mint Gelee, Roasted Pine Nuts and Pecorino Yogurt Drops
2nd course – Egg Yolk Gnudi with Swiss Chard and Parmigiana
3rd course – Rhubarb Sorbet with Dried Strawberry Crisp
4th course – Mizo Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Dashi Potatoes, Bacon Rolled Enoki Mushrooms and Sweet Vinegar Pickled Carrots
5th course – Vanilla Panna Cotta with Orchard Fruit Soup and Gelee with Anise Meringue topped with Crumble
